The treatment
About Brow Wax & Tint
Waxing shapes the brow and clears everything outside that shape. Tinting darkens the hairs, including the fine ones at the edges that a pencil cannot reach, which makes the brow read as fuller without looking drawn on.
Having both done together is rather the point: the wax gives the shape and the tint fills it in. It is £10 for the pair, against £5 each if you only want one.
What happens at your appointment
- We look at your natural brow shape and agree how much to take.
- The tint is applied and left to develop, then removed.
- Wax is applied and the shape is cleared.
- Any strays outside the wax line are tidied.
- The area is soothed and you check you are happy before you leave.

- We block out 30 minutes for your appointment
- Cancel with more than 48 hours notice and your deposit carries over to your next booking
- Cash and bank transfer accepted for the balance on the day
Worth knowing
Brow work is one of the treatments Daisy can do while your teeth are whitening, so it costs no extra time if you book the two together.

Before your appointment
- Arrive with clean skin where possible.
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before injectable treatments.
- Avoid taking aspirin or ibuprofen for 24–48 hours beforehand unless prescribed by your GP.
- Stay well hydrated.
- Let us know about any medical conditions, medications or recent procedures.
- Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
Patch tests are not carried out. If you have ever reacted to a tint, a wax or a skincare product, please tell us before booking.
Aftercare
For the first 24 hours:
- Keep the eyebrow area dry where possible.
- Avoid excessive heat, steam, saunas and swimming.
- Avoid applying makeup or oil-based products directly to the brows.
- Avoid rubbing or touching the treated area.
Who is not suitable for treatment
Some treatments may not be suitable if you:
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Have an active skin infection, cold sore or open wound in the treatment area.
- Have certain medical conditions.
- Are taking medication that may affect healing or increase bleeding.
- Have recently had surgery in the treatment area.
- Have severe allergies to treatment ingredients.

How much is a brow wax and tint in Wirral?

How long does a brow tint last?
Around four weeks on the hair. It fades gradually rather than dropping off, and we send a reminder when you are due.
How long does the appointment take?
Twenty minutes for the wax and tint together. We block out half an hour.
Will it look too dark?
The tint is matched to what you want rather than to a fixed shade, and the shape is agreed before anything is waxed. Say if you want it subtle and it will be.
Can I have my brows done with another treatment?
Yes. Brow work runs alongside teeth whitening at no extra time, and pairs naturally with a lash lift or lash tint.
